It is with great sadness that we have decided to sell what has been our summer home and retreat from the chaos of the world. For the last two years we have been unable to give it the attention it deserves due to changing health concerns. The property sits on Frazer Lake, just off hwy 585 in Nipigon Ontario. If you like seclusion, good fishing and the kind of quiet only reserved for tucked away lakes with gorgeous sunsets and your nearest neighbour is 3kms away, this could be the ideal spot for you. It is a water access only camp for sale, and it will include several addtional items with the sale. Things like 2x 2018 Polaris quads, less than 200kms. A 1996 Kawasaki quad that is one heck of a workhorse, a Honda Log splitter, Honda 3500 Generator and many other odds and ends. There is a main cabin with 2 bedrooms, a propane stove and a regular electric fridge. There is a Sauna with change room, a compost toilet and a shower hook up complete with a propane heater for enjoying a hot shower even while way out in the boonies. There is also a bunk house that sleeps 4-6, a tool shed and a shed for the quads. Two water holding tanks, one at main cabin and one at the sauna/washroom/shower house.
