Description

*Priced for quick sale: moving.* I have a 10 acre parcel of land for sale, located 25 minutes from Prince Albert towards the town of Meath Park. It is raw land, but there is a power box set up across the road from the property. The grid roads are well maintained, even through the winter. The price is reduced because the property will need some cleanup. There was a fire that went through it that took out plenty of trees (pic attached) and some rubble that will need to be removed.
