Throw me any reasonable offers too.* I have a 10 acre parcel of land for sale, located 25 minutes from Prince Albert towards the town of Meath Park. It is raw land, but there is a power box set up across the road from the property as well as nearby gas lines set up. The grid roads are well maintained, even through the winter.
