620 square foot apartment with a balcony. All brand new Whirlpool appliances and I was the first tenant in the unit. Located in Osborne Village right next to a Vita Health and many different restaurants and bars; all walking distance. Apartment features in-suite laundry and an AC unit that is easy to navigate. Bedroom is spacious enough to fit a king bed comfortably. The door in the bedroom leads directly onto the balcony facing Wardlaw Avenue. Walk-thru closet has plenty of space to hang your wardrobe, with storage on top, as well as room for multiple dressers. On the other side of the closet is a door leading to the bathroom; which is where the in-suite laundry is also located. Bathroom has plenty of storage for all toiletries needed. Continuing through the bathroom will lead you to the front entrance where you will find hooks for your jackets and a guitar amp-style slot for your keys. The kitchen island has room for two chairs and plenty of storage space for your kitchen needs. Also has a fridge with 6 rows for drinks. Plenty more storage for your kitchen needs across from the island. Again, brand new whirlpool microwave and oven with a nice kitchen backsplash. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with plenty of space for a love seat or sectional. I’ve mounted the TV to give myself more space in the living room area; which I would recommend to the next tenant. There is also a large balcony with multiple lounge seats in the building across the street that you will have access to. I have sat there multiple times in the summer and it is quite relaxing. Parking is available in an outdoor, covered setting or in the underground parkade. My lease is up in November. So if you’re interested the sublet would last until then. Because it is close to the end of the lease you would also have to sign up for another year lease, as per the building manager. I would also be willing to pay the hydro until the end of my lease.
