If you know these cars, you know that purchase price is only part of the equation. The important question is what has already been repaired, replaced and sorted. The E61 535xi is an unusual combination: twin-turbo inline-six, AWD, wagon practicality and considerably more character than most modern crossovers. Reason for selling: I bought it knowing fully well that there would be parts to be replaced, that wasn’t the issue, I had it in to get the needed repairs (original equipment in the car).
