Grandview Chalet – Long-Term Rental - Available October 1, 2026 We’re looking for a kind soul to join our peaceful community Nestled in an incredibly peaceful location near Kootenay Lake, Grandview Chalet offers beautiful lake views and a relaxing lifestyle in a natural and welcoming setting. Fully Furnished Chalet The chalet comes fully furnished and equipped with: • Dishes and kitchen essentials • Microwave • Fridge/freezer • Stove • Smart TV • High-speed internet The mezzanine bedroom features a queen bed and beautiful lake views, while the main-floor bedroom also has a queen bed. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept, creating a warm and comfortable living space. Renovations Before Your Arrival From September 19 to October 1, we’ll be making some improvements to the chalet: ✨ Adding a small bathtub ✨ New flooring in the kitchen ✨ New flooring in the bathroom ✨ Repainting some walls Everything will be completed before the new tenant moves in on October 1. Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of Kootenay Lake. $1,900/month Based on 2 guests | 12-month lease Included in Rent • Water • Electricity • Septic • Garbage service • Internet Important Details • Must be comfortable climbing stairs • No smoking • One kind pet allowed - Couche could be removed. • 2 parking spaces available • Coin laundry available 24/7, 7 days a week • Security deposit required The security deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, provided the chalet is left clean and in good condition. Campground Community & Policies Grandview Chalet is located within our campground community. During your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and campground amenities. If you attend one of our music events, the ticket cost will be added to your invoice. During July and August, campground visitor fees apply when visitors stay longer than 2 hours and use the beach or campground facilities.
