Description

Ocean Falls is situated on the west coast of BC. It is up Cousins Inlet and accessible by BC Ferries and Pacific Coast Airlines has scheduled flights in. Ocean Falls is in the Great Bear Rainforest - home of the white Spirit Bear. The townsite consists of four large blocks of land. There is a courthouse in Lot 1 which is an asset to the property. The courthouse has two suites above and three rental suites below. This property brings in about $125,000. a year. It is owned free and clear as all my property is. All roads, water, sewers, storm drains and sidewalks in the townsite are owned by me. Anyone going through the property does so at their own risk. There can be no trespassing of any kind. There are hot springs in the area, one by Link Lake and another one by the hotel. There are no easements or right-of-ways on the property of any kind. All property is owned by Protective Holdings.
