Hello! Me and my partner Spencer are looking for a full house(basement included) townhouse or duplex on the west side of Edmonton (preferably Lewis estates, grange area) to rent please. Our budget is $2200 without utilities. We do need a good sized yard because we do have dogs but they very small (25lbs together). Plus our son loves to play outside. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at the least please. And a bonus room would be a huge plus. Spencer works full time as a journeyman carpenter at a company called Ackard contractors and I’m a stay at home mom to our kids due to car accident that has left me unable to work.
