Looking to sell my mechanically excellent 2018 manual Mazda 3 with a very low 117,323km mileage. Rebuilt status with full documentation, certified inspection report and relevant images. The clutch shifts beautifully and the heated seats + heated wheel combo are great in winter. Brand new oil change today (117,323kms) with new engine air filter and cabin air filter. The car comes with current summers at 60-70% tread and a newer winter set with rims. There is slight top coat peeling on the rear and front bumpers, and there is a very small dent next to the gas door all shown in the ad. My current running fuel average is 7.1L/100km and feels great visiting the pump. The previous owner had the transmission fluid replaced as well as had the windshield replaced. Not urgent to sell, (my daily), I would just prefer having less equity in a car to take me through school. Located SE Calgary. TO NOTE, ABS sensor light on the dash after the windshield was replaced, no known relevant issues.
