CUSTOM 53’ SEMI TRAILER WITH SLIDE-OUT 40’ SHIPPING CONTAINER — $80,000 Unique, fully engineered custom trailer/building system for sale. This is a 53-foot semi trailer designed to accommodate a 40-foot shipping container that slides out of the trailer, creating a large, highly insulated and finished structure once installed on site. Features: • Custom-designed and fully engineered • 53’ semi trailer • 40’ shipping container slide-out system • Four 30-amp electrical breaker panels • Fully wired with armoured BX cable throughout • Full LED pot lighting throughout • Fully spray-foamed insulation • Steel-stud construction • Spray-foamed underneath • Baseboard heating • Heat pump • Bathroom • Full torch-on roof • No leaks • Heavy-duty construction throughout and dual pane windows. This was built as a substantial, insulated structure—not a typical empty semi trailer. Moving / Reconstruction The unit will require some preparation and deconstruction in order to be transported and relocated. The bathroom plumbing will need to be disconnected and the bathroom and bedroom walls removed as part of the process. I will assist with the complete deconstruction and preparation of the unit so that it can be made mobile and transported to its new location. Once relocated, the interior walls will need to be reconstructed according to the new owner’s preferred layout and intended use. This gives the new owner the opportunity to configure the space however they want. Potential uses could include a shop, office, accommodation, commercial space, workshop, or other custom building application, subject to the requirements and approvals of the applicable jurisdiction and is being sold as is where is. Asking $80,000 Selling because we are planning to build a home. Serious inquiries welcome. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a substantial, insulated, engineered structure that can be relocated and customized to their needs. Currently located in Salmon Beach.
