Thank you for your interest in our suite. This adorable one bedroom has lots of character and a great downtown vibe. Suitable for a single renter. All we ask is that you are clean, you pay your rent on time and you commit to keeping a quiet environment Monday through a Thursday 7am-5pm as the suite is located above a busy Denture Clinic. We offer one parking space, utilities, a portable ac unit and a gated, fenced outdoor space. We have a strict no smoking and no pet policy (even your smallest, most adorable, old, super quiet and clean ones. Sorry!)
