Description

I am subletting my 3 bedroom house, with two spacious master bedrooms and one regular bedroom, all bedrooms have walk-in closets and windows. Great air conditioning, big living area space, fits two large couches and a 6 table dining table. Big kitchen with an island, pantry and closet for storage. 2 bathrooms, a basement that has a kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer in the house, with a shed in the backyard for storage. Kitchen has a fridge, oven, dishwasher and lots of storage. Perfect house for a family or friends looking for a new home . Great and helpful neighbors that help with mowing lawn and shovel snow during winters. Close to the residential schools, park and beautiful view of the river. Also pet friendly and one car garage included. I’ve lived here for 3 years moved in with my sister and friend but they got opportunities outside the city and I won’t be needing this much space anymore. I have some furniture that I am willing to leave behind in the house, one bedroom will be furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser and night stand for a price. Dm me for more information and photos of this home ❤️
