Description

Hi, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. It’s $900/month, including utilities, except Wi-Fi. It’s a 5-minute walk to the metro, a 13-minute walk to Queens, and a 5-minute walk to downtown. It's available from Nov 1 - April (you can do Jan - April as well). Also, you will be living with the sweetest roommate ever; the apartment is furnished, and the room is also furnished. There is a paid laundromat in the building. If you are interested or know someone who would be interested, or wanna book a viewing, or need an apartment and room video, please let me know.
