Description

Looking for 1 roommate to share my home starting November 5. $1600 All Inclusive. Orillia ON One of the biggest perks is that I am away just about every weekend and am usually only here about 3 days during the week, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and often have the house to yourself, making it feel much more like independent living The Space * Unfurnished bedroom on the second floor (Photos 1–2). * Your own private shower/tub. The toilet and sink are only shared with me (Photos 3–4). * Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard (Photos 5–7). * Minus your bedroom, the rest of the house is furnished, and I have a queen bed frame you’re welcome to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with most cooking essentials. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, but I’m only looking for one roommate, so there will be lots of space. About Me & Toby I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and work a lot. I have a friendly 9year old Pompoo named Toby who has free run of the house (except your room). You must be comfortable with dogs. I generally can’t accommodate another pet because Toby is selective, but if they meet and get along, I’m happy to consider it. The home is older, and I’ll slowly be updating the flooring and painting. Any work will always be planned around your schedule. You’re also welcome to paint your room in a neutral/light colour if you’d like. Looking for a minimum 6-month commitment, preferably longer. Students are welcome—we can make it work around your school year. If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself. Happy to answer any questions! ☺️
