Description

2004 Mazda 6 – 2.3L – 5 Speed Manual – 266,000 km Selling my Mazda 6 as I have another daily and this one has been sitting. Runs and drives, but it does need some work. Looking for a quick, straightforward sale and have priced it accordingly. Lots of recent work: • New clutch kit & flywheel • New clutch master/slave cylinders • New crankshaft seal • New front struts & sway bar links • New tires • New front & rear brakes/rotors (less than 100 km) • New air filter & iridium spark plugs • Regular oil changes with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic Known issues: • Driver’s side CV axle needs replacement • Headlights currently not working — driver’s high beam and turn signal still work • Burning smell noticed after the recent brake job — haven’t had it diagnosed • Passenger-side muffler is missing, so it’s louder than stock • Cracked driver’s-side taillight • Minor rust and faded paint It’s an older high-km car and I’m selling it as-is. Could be a good cheap project, winter car, or fixer-upper for someone mechanically inclined. Want gone $2,000 OBO.
