Description

We have a 1 bedroom apartment for rent and we are looking for a long term renter, if it is the right fit. However, we will also negotiate a shorter term lease if it works. The apartment has a designated parking space and separate entrance at the side of the house. The apartment comes fully furnished with living room furniture, television, bed in the bedroom, etc. One thing to note, is that there is no oven. However, we have an airfryer, toaster oven, microwave, slow cooker and bbq for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. There is a large fridge and pantry with shelving for food storage. This is a very quiet house. My partner and I live upstairs and have a very small dog. We go to bed early, wake up early and are working professionals. If you are looking for a quiet and cozy space, this is for you! Please contact for a viewing. We are looking to fill the space a soon as possible.
