3bdrm apt for sublet in the middle of Downtown with rooommates, flexible move in date. Im moving out of province so looking to sublet the whole place. Best thing about this apartment is that there is lots of space - the apartment accommodates 3 people comfortably. Everybody has their own private room, there is also a decent size common living room and a sunroom. The rooms are far apart and walls are thick so you cant really hear anyone. I rented this place for 10 years now so that kept down the price. Always lived with other people and met lots of friends that way. Need someone to take over the lease which just renewed in October. Ideally you are one person who doesnt mind sharing his/her space as I have one roommate who wanted to stay but prefers not to sign a long-term lease. Paul is in his mid 20s, came from France for a year, been here for 6 months already, works at a local Non-for-Profit organizing sports events for his fellow Francophones. Hes been great - clean, keeps to himself and always pays rent on time. Paul pays $450/mo, we also share internet with a neighbor that chips in $30/mo towards our bill. Hydro is only $40-70/mo for this place. Laundry is in the building, card operated. Im also willing to pay you $450 until the end of my stay. There are 3 full sized bedrooms, living room, shared bathroom, sunroom, long hallway and a kitchen. Most of the times I have had 2 roommates and it didnt feel crowded. So potentially keep that arrangement or split it into 2 living rooms/2 bedrooms sort of setup, completely up to you. Im trying to sell off stuff before the move. I might have to stay until around Christmas time at the latest. Some of the furniture I dont want to bother selling/moving so if you could use it, that would be great.
