Hi there I’m trying to find a home for my family I need 4 bedrooms and anywhere other than the north end I’m currently on social assistance I also have renters insurance I’m a mother of 4 children and I’m not from Winnipeg so I really don’t know many people other than the grandparents of my children I’d really like to find a home and a landlord that will communicate with me and when things in the house go wrong they are willing to help right now I’ve lived in my current home for almost two years since moving in the house had a gas leak the day we moved in and another one from not having the exghaust properly installed , we haven’t had a functioning fridge since may and there has been a leak from the front of the house into the basement since the day we moved in and the landlord has refused to fix it and has cause a lot of moisture and mould in the basement I have 3 of my children are 4, 2 and 6 months I just want to find a safe home for my children so I can stop worrying and so I can complete my practicum so I can give my children the life they deserve please I’m hoping someone out there is willing to give me a chance :) thank you
