Description

Looking for someone to sublet my bachelor unit immediately on Broadway close to the forks. Rent is normally $780, but I am willing to cover $180 so you only pay $600 until the lease is up at the end of July. No damage deposit required, however no dogs allowed- only cats or other small pets. I am not a smoker at all so if you do smoke please keep it as clean as I have as Ill be the one dealing with the damage deposit. Willing to leave the pull out bed I have that turns into a couch if desired- I dont have any other furniture. Please email me at [email protected] to arrange a time to see the unit and let me know if you want to take it! As it is a bachelor a maximum of 2 people can stay in it due to fire safety laws. Unsure of the exact sq ft of the apartment but will adjust when i measure properly.
