Location: RM of Spiritwood No. 496 – Located near Shell Lake - 142 km to Saskatoon, 95 km to Prince Albert & 154 km to North Battleford Property Size: 40.27 acres (ISC Parcel #204033305) Taxes: 2024 Tax Notice - $744.61 Access: Highway 3, 250m north on Rg Rd. 3083 to titled access. • Gravel pit was surveyed by a civil engineer using electromagnetic conductivity technology (EM31-MK2 machine). o Estimates from results indicate 1,000,000 to 1,200,000 cubic meters of course aggregate mixed with large rock and sand • Engineers report indicates the 40 acres that has been subdivided, all has a very high concentration of quality gravel. Concentrated well down past 4-6m deep. A limitation of the EM31-MK2 machine is that it can only detect up to 6m deep – the engineer stated that there is a good chance depths of the gravel are deeper than 6m from the readings received. • Very little overburden evident throughout the pit. • Varying types of top quality, dense aggregate found throughout the pit
