There are large 3x4 foot windows and generous lighting throughout the suite; it is bright and feels like the ground floor. Come see it and I am sure you will want to rent it. All windows are much bigger than the size required by law for fire escape. Storage: A deep pantry with shelves and drawers. Off-street private parking, with plugs for block heaters, for two vehicles (one for each basement bedroom). On-street for your guests.
