Hello, so I know its a long shot especially in BC but Im looking for some off grid land to buy with decent acerage for fairly cheap. Something truly off grid but with a way to get there by vehicle. Whether it be a forest service road, logging road (maintained or not), or a way to get to a point and blaze a road in. Im just looking for something to call my own and a place to retire to where I can build a cabin. My preferred area would be eastern BC near Grand Forks area but really anywhere in BC mainland is the goal. Ive been looking at realator sites and havent seen much for the price I would like to pay. Trying my best not to have to take out a mortgage (not that many places will lend money on raw land anyways). $70,000 or less would be awesome. Or if you see an ad for something fitting what Im looking for I would appreciate the link very much. Maybe I have over looked something. Cheers, Danny.
