Description

A whole 360 acres of your own private world, within minutes of Turtle Lake. There is wildlife sanctuary nearby, a slough and a meadow on the north end of the quarter, and otherwise you are surrounded by natural forest. Vehicle access from the north via road/trail. There is also a right of way access from the south but it may be grown in and would be best accessed, from that way, via quad. This land has been owned by the same person for more than 40 years, it is untouched nature and forest. You could turn it in to a farm, or build your getaway cabin with your own trees. The trees could be harvested, and it could be developed. Let your imagination run wild. Hidden from, but close to, nearby resort living; your oasis awaits.
