This unique octagonal log cabin sits on one of the most remote and pristine lakes in the province. Lytle Lake stretches approximately 16 miles and is subject to a land freeze, meaning no new cabin leases will be issued. This lease was grandfathered prior to the freeze, making this a truly limited opportunity. The property is especially attractive for owners with their own float plane. World-Class Fishing Lytle Lake offers exceptional northern fishing opportunities, including: * Lake trout with rich pink flesh similar to salmon * Abundant northern pike * Nearby portage-access lakes with excellent walleye fishing Outstanding Hunting The area is known for: * Moose hunting (open zone, no draw required) * Woodland caribou opportunities * Remote wilderness adventure A True Northern Escape Whether you are a pilot, hunter, angler, adventurer, or someone seeking a private wilderness retreat, opportunities like this rarely come available. I have owned and enjoyed this cabin for approximately 30 years. The cabin requires some maintenance, which is reflected in the asking price.
