Description

Hello We are a couple looking at buying either an rv campground business or land with or without an unusable home. Basically we want or desire to live off grid anywhere from alberta to bc. We have our own rv to live in. Our experience in living in one rv park that had all accommodations was pros: clean and had set rules for professionals that respected noises and cleanliness of the park. Cons: very expensive and no privacy since staff was always cleaning or fixing around our home. Then we got to experience a total opposite kind of a park. This one had nothing to offer. Was cheap but then all the people who didnt have much money arrived in large amounts. It now looks like a homeless shelter. Too noisy and way way not safe or private. We need to get out of there fast. We are financially secure but we need to have privacy and quietness. No quads near me or constant mowing the lawns. We are willing to relocate anywhere from alberta to bc. Let us know please. Budget: well nothing over 300 000. Must be close to crown land. I do not want a house but land or rv park business.
