Description

Thinking of selling my two storey home to move across the province to be closer to family. Built in 1912, this home was inspected when I bought it 26 years ago and the inspector said she’ll stand for another hundred years if we let her. I put a new roof and shingles on ~ 2008, doors and most windows about 10 years ago. Stucco exterior, fully fenced front and back yards, small brick patio surrounded by perennials in the front yard. The hedge out front is purple lilac. Grass, raspberry bushes, 2 white lilac trees and a crabapple tree + more perennials in the back yard. Tiger lilies line the side of the house from the front yard to the back yard. Fire pit area in back yard. Sunroom through the front door, into foyer where you can immediately go upstairs/solid wood bannister. To your left is the living room, straight through foyer is the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the dining room with garden doors leading to backyard. The living and dining rooms are one big room separated by a 9 foot archway. Upstairs takes you to a foyer, to your left is the master bedroom (currently newly dry walled/taped, needs paint/flooring), to the right is a deep closet, and two more bedrooms. Straight through is the bathroom. I have oodles of white paint to repaint the interior (just hasn’t been applied yet), and white tile for tub surround (has not been put up yet).
