JUST PUTTING OUT FEELERS! For Sale: One Premium, Authentic Can of Campbell’s Vegetable Soup (Comes with a FREE 3-Bed, 2-Living Room Home!) Price: $85,000 OBO (Firm on the soup, open to negotiation on the property) Location: Mobile City Estates, Spruce Grove (Prime corner lot location!) NOTE: We are just putting out feelers at the moment to gauge local interest and see what kind of offers are out there before we officially pack up! Please note: This is an estate-style turnkey sale being managed on behalf of parents who have transitioned into care. We are motivated to find a clean, straightforward deal for a buyer who wants a great project. Look, times are tough, and grocery prices are completely wild. That’s why we are offering this spectacular, perfectly designed can of Campbell's Condensed Vegetable Soup (see Photo 1 for visual proof of this absolute asset). But here’s the catch: We want to make a clean break and take our personal clothes and memories ONLY when we move. If you buy this soup, you are legally obligated to take everything else in the photos with it. Yes, including the entire 1978 Tuxedo manufactured home and the massive 40-foot addition it is currently sitting in! ✨ WHAT YOU GET FOR BUYING THE SOUP (SWIPE THROUGH PHOTOS): • Massive Expanded Layout: Features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and TWO separate living spaces thanks to a legally permitted, fully documented 40-foot addition. The original structural permits are on file and included. • The Kitchen: White cabinets styled with clean faux-marble finishes and matching backsplash accents (Photos 6 & 7). Includes fridge, stove, built-in dishwasher, and microwave. • Bonus Storage & Utility Spaces: A massive mudroom entry/bonus room area featuring a secondary and a large, high-value standalone chest freezer. Washer and dryer are also included! • Cozy Bedrooms: Good-sized rooms featuring retro wood-paneled walls ready for your personal touches. Complete fish tank setup included! • Outdoor Living Setup: A massive raised wooden deck with protective perimeter railing that includes the outdoor gazebo and BBQ! • The Extras: 2 outdoor sheds (keep both, or sell the smaller one to buy more soup), all left-behind furniture, kitchenware, pots, pans, and even a selection of leftover tools to kickstart your renovations. • Upgraded Mechanicals: Peace of mind with a newer furnace and a newer hot water tank already installed (huge cost savings!). • Premium Dirt: Situated on a highly desirable, large corner lot right in the heart of downtown Spruce Grove—steps from the Heritage Park trail system, schools, and local shopping. THE "HONESTLY HILARIOUS" RE-MODELING NOTE: As you can tell from the photos, the home is pet-friendly and was previously smoked in. The interior needs cosmetic TLC—primer, paint, and flooring updates. It is the absolute ultimate clean slate for a flipper, contractor, or a handyman looking to build immediate sweat equity. Additionally, park management has big aesthetic goals for the community. The new owner will be required to eventually complete standard exterior upgrades, including a peaked roof conversion, new vinyl siding. Skirting, and fresh exterior paint. We have priced the package at $85,000 OBO so you have plenty of room in your budget to complete these projects! ⚠️ THE SERIOUS TERMS: • Sold strictly "As-Is, Where-Is" (especially the soup). • All offers are strictly subject to park management approval (including site lease application and credit checks). Lot fees apply. Serious inquiries only. Message today to express your interest, find out more about the soup, or talk about a potential viewing!
