Bright Furnished Room for Rent in Port Coquitlam – $850 (Utilities Included!) Description: Looking for a clean and responsible roommate for a bright, furnished room in a large house in Port Coquitlam (Raleigh St). About the room & house: • Rent: $850/month (ALL utilities, including heating, are included). • The room is upstairs, gets good natural light, and comes furnished with a bed and a large work desk. • 1.5 shared bathrooms (1 full bathroom with a tub, 1 half-bathroom). • Great living dynamic: There are 5 rooms in total, but 2 of the guys work on a rotational schedule and are almost never home. We are quiet, respectful, and keep the house clean. Looking for someone with a similar mindset. Available Nov 1st.
