ACCOMODATIONS Near Water Valley, AB (30 minutes NW of Cochrane) is this 1980's 2-bedroom mobile home. Mostly furnished (can be fully furnished) with full laundry and kitchen. Main bedroom is large with a 4 piece en suite. Second bedroom is very small. There's a second bathroom off the living room. Gas forced air heating, electric appliances. Lots of parking. Your pets and livestock can be negotiated. Good for a couple (children OK) or friends. Crown land on two sides for endless exploration. $2000/month with utilities and starlink internet included. FARM LABOUR 20hrs/week @ $25/hr Milking cows 6x/week. (6-830AM, 6-830PM). Shift dates are negotiable to suit your schedule. +5 hrs/week general labour (can you run a tractor?) The rent is offset entirely by your labour. First months rent is paid on move-in. Last months labour is paid on move-out and will act as a damage deposit. I live in the main house with my family and work here full time. Whoever is staying in the house must be quiet and respectful, whoever is doing the labour must be responsible and accountable.
