The preliminary proprietary WonderHome design shown here is a higher-end, fully equipped two-bedroom, one-bath home engineered for efficient manufacturing, flat-pack shipping and rapid onsite assembly screw pile or ICF block foundation.

The current team has a great deal of experience in terms of starter home and tiny home designmaking best use of small spaces and volumes to create permanent dwellings that are eminently livable and can stand up to not only intense cold but also hot weather.

WonderHome is not merely a starter home. It is an attainable-housing delivery system.
