Description

I have for rent one bachelor, single occupancy, all inclusive studio apartment. It is an open concept room with kitchen, dining, living area and your sleeping area all in one room. The unit comes furnished, you need to bring your toiletries and bedding. In your rent, everything is included, heat, hydro, Internet, parking, snow, removal, laundry, facilities, and parking. There are six apartments in this building. Therefore, we are adamant about no pets, no smoking or vaping of any sort in the building. Also, each apartment is single occupancy only. First and last months will be necessary and a one year minimum contract to start. As I stated before, there are six Bachelor apartments in this building and it’s everybody’s responsibility to keep things clean and respectful both inside and outside of the building.
