Description

Affordable property with a vendor mortgage available . In a beautiful, scenic area, on high, well drained ground overlooking beautiful Donaldson lake, just 25 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa. One of the best places in the world for meditation. You can canoe and swim in the lake, paddle to one of two uninhabited islands, enjoy the nature. A short commute to the city with 2 villages and grocery stores 10 minutes away. Price is under $100,000 plus half of survey and severance fees. Min $50K down required. There are no neighbouring houses on either side, so it is very private. It is a wooded lot, on high ground with a panoramic view to the south and the lake. I would be willing to provide services for the plans and drawings needed to obtain a building permit. I can recommend a good house builder to do the construction. I have a lot plan but it failed to upload so can be sent by email. Please send me a text to 613 402-3207
